Well it's only been 5 years but we finally got these in the U.S. It's more like "Five Years in Provence" rather than "A Year in Provence" but well worth the wait. Soooo Excited!

The Boston Cheese Cellar re-opened last month under the new ownership of Adam Shutes. We came out to show support and sample some Émoi products. The community turn out was great including the Mayor of Boston seen here sampling some Grilled Piquilo Peppers.
